Zensteel Terms of Service

By using Zensteel (“Service”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Any violation of the Terms of Service will result in termination of your account.

Zensteel ApS (“Company”) reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time without notice.

    1. Account terms
      1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company is under no circumstances liable for any damage or loss from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
      2. Your user-login may only be used by one person.
      3. The Company reserves the right to suspend the Service or terminate the Agreement if you misuses or otherwise shares login information.
      4. You may not violate any laws (including but not limited to copyright laws) or use the Service for any illegal purpose.

 

  • Payment terms

 

    1. Service is paid in advance.
    2. If you fail to pay, your account will be frozen and inactive until payment is made.
    3. Up- or downgrade between Zensteel plans, will result in a new rate and will will automatically be charged. There will be no refund for downgrading between billing periods.
    4. All fees are exclusive of all taxes.

 

  1. Prices and changes in service
    1. The Company reserves the right to change any part of the Service with or without notice.
    2. All prices can be changed by the Company with 14 days notice.

 

  1. Cancellation terms
    1. You can cancel your account at any time by emailing us at support@zensteel.net
    2. Within 14 days, all your data will be permanently deleted.
    3. Your Service must be cancelled 14 days prior to the next billing period. There will not be any refunds of unused time in the last billing period.
    4. The Company reserves the right to refuse service at any time to anyone for any reason.

 

  1. Support Services
    1. Support Services include the following items:
      1. Technical support via email at the following email address support@zensteel.net
      2. The Company will use all of its available resources to provide high-quality technical service by email, but this does not guarantee any specific response time or quality.
      3. You understand and accept that the use of the Support Service is at your sole risk and that the Company under no circumstances be hold responsible and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

 

  1. General Conditions:
    1. The use of the Zensteel Service is at your sole risk. You acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and that your use of or reliance upon the Service and any third party content and services is at your sole risk and discretion.
    2. You understand and agree that the Company and its affiliates, partners, suppliers and licensors can under no circumstances be hold responsible and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if the Company and its affiliates, partners, suppliers and licensors have been advised of the possibilities of such damages.
    3. You understand and accept that Service only provides approximate dimensions and creates no complete statical analysis or documentation.
    4. You understand and accept that the use of any information, output, design, calculations, pricing and results from the Service or Company is at your sole risk and that the Company and its affiliates, partners, suppliers and licensors can under no circumstances be hold responsible and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if the Company and its affiliates, partners, suppliers and licensors have been advised of the possibilities of such damages.
    5. You understand and accept that the Company uses hosting partners and third party vendors to provide the necessary hardware, networking, storage, software and related technology in order to be able to run the Service.
    6. The Company and its affiliates, partners, suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim any and all representations, warranties and guaranties regarding the Service and any third party content and services, whether express implied or statutory. Furthermore, the Company and its affiliates, partners, suppliers and licensors make no warrenty that:
      1. The Service will meet your requirements.
      2. The Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, reliable, timely, secure or error-free and any errors will be corrected.
  2. You must not modify, hack, adapt the Service.
  3. You agree not to copy, reproduce, duplicate or exploit any portion of the Service.
  4. You accept that the transmission of the Service including your content may be transferred unencrypted.
  5. Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate your account and the rights afforded to You hereunder with or without prior notice. Furthermore, if you fail to comply with any terms and conditions, then your account and any rights afforded to You hereunder shall terminate automatically, without any notice or other action by Company.
